  1. Amendments to the Agenda.
  2. Public Hearing – To consider the request by Donna Blais to demolish the existing structure at 130 Green Street. The request will be considered under Section 1604 of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
  3. Public Hearing – To consider the request by Shenandoah, LLC for site plan review and conditional use review for an adaptive reuse project at 1 & 2 Canal Street (Haviland Shade Roller Mill and Annex). The request will be considered under Articles VII and VIII, and Section 1610 of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
  4. Continuation of Site Plan Review of an application from D&T Clark, Trustee, owner, and Daniel and Rebecca Hassan, applicant, for demolition of a residence at 40 North Street. The request will be reviewed under Article VII, and Section 1604 of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
  5. Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Review of an application from 105 Panton Road LLC for construction of a commercial building at 105 Panton Road. The request will be reviewed under Articles VII and VIII, and Section 1611 of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
  6. Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Review of an application from the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Vergennes for a change of use for a portion of the property at 20 Armory Lane. The request will be reviewed under Article VII, VIII, and Section 1608 of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
  7. Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Review of an application from L.F. Benton Company for a change of use of a portion of the property at 300 Main Street. The request will be reviewed under Article VII, VIII, and Section 1610 of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
  8. Site Plan Review and Subdivision Review of an application from Dennis and Helen Van Auken for a two lot subdivision at 192 South Maple Street. The request will be reviewed under Articles VII and IX of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
  9. Review and accept minutes of previous meeting, May 20, 2019.
